Quali dati vengono trattati

Il sito non ha account, newsletter né strumenti di analisi. Tratto solo i dati che scegli di inviarmi quando mi contatti, anche tramite il modulo di richiesta:

• nome e indirizzo email;
• regione o paese, numero di ospiti e periodo dell'evento;
• il contenuto del messaggio, comprese eventuali esigenze alimentari;
• il numero di telefono, se mi contatti per telefono o WhatsApp.

Il modulo non invia dati al sito: prepara un messaggio nel tuo programma di posta, che viene trasmesso solo quando lo invii tu. Il fornitore che ospita il sito può registrare dati tecnici di navigazione (ad esempio l'indirizzo IP) per garantire la sicurezza e il funzionamento del servizio.

Finalità e base giuridica

• rispondere alle tue richieste e predisporre proposte e preventivi: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR);
• adempiere a obblighi di legge, ad esempio fiscali e contabili, se segue un incarico (art. 6.1.c);
• garantire la sicurezza tecnica del sito: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f).

Non uso i tuoi dati per finalità di marketing né di profilazione.

Esigenze alimentari

Se mi comunichi allergie o intolleranze, queste informazioni possono costituire dati relativi alla salute. Le uso solo per preparare un menu adatto a te e ai tuoi ospiti, sulla base del tuo consenso (art. 9.2.a GDPR), che esprimi inviandomele volontariamente e che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento. Se indichi esigenze di altri ospiti, ti chiedo di farlo solo se sei autorizzato a comunicarle.

Conservazione

Conservo le richieste per il tempo necessario a rispondere e, se non segue un incarico, non oltre 12 mesi. Se segue un incarico, conservo i dati per la durata del rapporto e per i termini previsti dalla legge (ad esempio quelli fiscali).

Destinatari

I dati non sono diffusi né ceduti. Possono essere trattati da fornitori che mi offrono servizi tecnici, in qualità di responsabili del trattamento: il servizio di posta elettronica (Aruba S.p.A.) e il fornitore dell'hosting del sito. Eventuali trasferimenti di dati verso paesi extra UE da parte di tali fornitori avvengono con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.

Cookie

Questo sito non imposta cookie e non utilizza strumenti di analisi o di tracciamento. I caratteri sono ospitati sul sito stesso, senza connessioni a servizi esterni, quindi non è necessario alcun banner. Se in futuro verranno aggiunti strumenti di questo tipo, aggiornerò questa pagina e chiederò il tuo consenso dove richiesto.

What data is processed

This website has no accounts, newsletters or analytics tools. I only process the data you choose to send me when you contact me, including through the request form:

• your name and email address;
• your region or country, number of guests and the period of the event;
• the content of your message, including any dietary requirements;
• your phone number, if you contact me by phone or WhatsApp.

The form does not send data to the website: it prepares a message in your email program, which is only sent when you send it. The provider hosting the website may log technical browsing data (such as the IP address) to ensure the security and operation of the service.

Purposes and legal basis

• replying to your requests and preparing proposals and quotes: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting, if an engagement follows (Art. 6(1)(c));
• ensuring the technical security of the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I do not use your data for marketing or profiling.

Dietary requirements

If you tell me about allergies or intolerances, this information may constitute health data. I only use it to prepare a menu suited to you and your guests, based on your consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by sending it voluntarily and can withdraw at any time. If you mention the requirements of other guests, please only do so if you are authorised to share them.

Retention

I keep requests for the time needed to reply and, if no engagement follows, for no more than 12 months. If an engagement follows, I keep the data for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (such as tax records).

Recipients

Data is not disclosed or sold. It may be processed by providers who supply me with technical services, acting as processors: the email service (Aruba S.p.A.) and the website hosting provider. Any transfer of data outside the EU by these providers takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, with no connections to external services, so no banner is needed. If such tools are added in the future, I will update this page and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, and you can withdraw consent where given. Write to info@martinthecook.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
